I knew I was in the right place when you can’t find a parking spot! Food was great and came out quickly. Service was awesome. We had Philly cheesesteak and a BLT. The buffalo chips were the prize though! Greatness!
We loved this place! The food was amazing, our server was very polite and the restaurant was clean and cozy.
We just happened to pop into this place and really loved it. The special of the day was beef vegetable soup with grilled cheese. Our server was fantastic. The food was fast and reasonably priced.
Finally they are good! At first when changed owners it was not what we thought it should be! We Finally got to eat there and have been back within a couple of weeks. So much better now that they've remodeled and the food was great. Service was also great. Desserts. Oh my! You won't be sorry.
Very good local eatery. One of those places that is busy every night and you know everybody has dessert after their meal. We walked in one hour before closing. They were just cleaning up after a dinner rush and 5 more tables walked in after us. Right off Hwy 77, so no need to drive into town. Very happy to have experienced The Copper Pot.

Excellent food and excellent Service (Thanks Eva.) We were skeptical after reading reviews about service and cost. Not sure what people are talking about, but the prices were great and good food. Felt like home cooked and not a volume restaurant style.. except maybe French fries. Services were prompt and staff was on top of things. Everyone out there was busy waiting or serving. It's an older place and the floor is old style tile and grouts and is not conducive to keeping squeaky clean all the time like newer ones..but they keep it clean. The tables were clean. A must for travelers looking for unique places to try. Well worth it and not way out of the way off of highways. Support local business.
This is a fantastic stop on an Ohio - Florida road trip. The food was very good and there is plenty of it! The grilled chicken was tender and not dry. The pulled pork has great flavor, as does the meatloaf. Get the cornbread! Our server was very efficient and extremely friendly. She made good recommendations. We will make this a regular stop on this trip.
Food and service was awesome a bit pricey but what isn't these days UPDATE Friday is crazy busy not as tasty like prior visit but was super busy
If you are lucky enough to find yourself within the proximity of Mount Airy NC, you must make arrangements to dine at The Copper Pot. Truly authentic southern cooking, service and the like. The meat loaf was exactly like my Nana's! The service is spot on, not hoovering too much and they help each other so your glass of sweet tea will never go empty. The carrot cake is sublime. It has a cream cheese icing which is very complimentary to the cake. Compliments to the Cook! I'll always stop in when ever I'm in the area.
